I’ll be your personal guide to find your flow and learn to begin a mindful movement practice that allows you to release stress and connect to your intuition. In addition, I will teach you what safe alignment feels like so you can have a healthy movement practice anywhere you choose.

When we have a better understanding of how our body, nervous system, and mind work together to help us move through the world, we can better support ourselves through times of distress, worry and grief. It is also helpful in seeing the brilliance as we move through these times in life, to have the capacity that allows us to hold space for good at all times as well.
