Mary Keith is an owner and creator of Mindful Nanny, LLC who helps parents and kids learn how to process big emotions and difficult situations with understanding and compassion in order to achieve a feeling of safety within and outside the body so that they can communicate with each other and move through triggering moments with more care ,less yelling, and less confusion.

She has supported several families over the past almost ten years and works with children of varying ages. Using her Psychology Degree and Therapeutic Yoga Certifications, Mary has combined the knowledge of two worlds to bring families and children the safe space they need to feel supported through difficult feelings and sensations in the body and mind.  

She resided in Atlanta where she began her business, then moved to Denver , Co to expand and grow her intuitive feelings of bringing the calming body of yoga to families and their children. She has moved her business to be closer to her family in Birmingham, AL where she now has a blended family of her own. She enjoys deepening her roots into her hometown of Birmingham, connecting with the fruitful communities of farmers and creatives that are creating safe spaces of inclusivity and growth.
